Alliances for upstream oil and gas JV participants

Pan-Straits Resources, LLC and Pan-Straits Services, LLC have entered into alliances with Glenloch Energy, LLC that provide full E&P joint venture set up and management services for their respective advisory clients and other contracting parties. Glenloch Energy is a Houston-based petroleum consulting firm with a team drawn from leading international oil and gas companies and a network of specialist technicians.

Through theses alliances, decades of experience in key producing regions is leveraged. Glenloch Energy has both U.S. and international experience on some of the world’s premier oil and gas assets. Pan-Straits has assisted producers, non-operating ventures and independent sponsors regarding upstream assets in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana, offshore Gulf of Mexico and the Asia Pacific region.

Pan-Straits is the name and brand under which the members of Pan-Straits E&P, LLC (Pan-Straits Legal, LLP, Pan-Straits Resources, LLC and Pan-Straits Services, LLC), and certain entities under common ownership with such members, operate as separate legal entities (collectively, “Pan-Straits entities”). The use of the name Pan-Straits, and references to the autonomous but affiliated Pan-Straits entities collectively as a group, are for description purposes only and do not imply that the entities are in partnership together, nor that one Pan-Straits entity accepts responsibility for the acts or omissions of another. A Pan-Straits entity’s obligation to perform an engagement or other contract with a client or other contracting party is defined in the written agreement between the parties. Pan-Straits E&P, LLC helps coordinate certain activities of its members, but does not itself provide legal or other services to clients. Among the separate Pan-Straits entities, only the law firm of Pan-Straits Legal, LLP provides legal services to its clients in particular jurisdictions.
